After the first evaluation session, you can decide whether you want to continue the program or not. Changing the client's nutritional approach and current lifestyle implies important changes that cannot be achieved in a very short period of time. In addition, the program is structured on the principle of "evidence based medicine and nutrition" and contains an important theoretical part (i.e.: clinical studies, data on macro and micronutrients, genetics, immunology, gastrotechnics, etc.) delivered over several sessions, which explains and supports the component of practical changes that we implement, so that at the end of the program you know how to consolidate your results in the long term. Last but not least, the acquisition of new habits (such as lifestyle changes) as confirmed by neural genomics, requires longer periods of time (i.e. 6 months) in which the chances of success increase significantly if you benefit from the support of a coach/ mentor.
The first session can last between 60-90 minutes and the following ones last 30 minutes.
The second session is scheduled one week after the first session, and the following sessions are scheduled 2 weeks apart. If necessary, we can get in touch by phone/e-mail/WhatsApp 2 times a week, outside of the scheduled sessions.
Of course, to consolidate long-term results, we can schedule monitoring sessions (1/month in the first 3 months and one/3 months in the next 9 months, so 4 monitoring sessions during 12 months).
